A hernia of the esophageal aperture diaphragm is considered as one factors contributing to development gastroesophageal reflux disease and requires a complete comprehensive examination patient. Routine esophagogastroduodenoscopy does not give picture disease, therefore patients receive symptomatic treatment for long time. Paraesophageal are well understood yet due their relatively low frequency occurrence, may be asymptomatic or manifest chest pain noncardiac origin. patient with history associated giant paraesophageal presented clinical case.
